What is the Change Log of the Template Chooser

###### version 4.0.1 released #######
- Plugin function changed from OnAfterDispatch to OnAfterInitialise to prevent conflict between templates

###### version 4.0.0 released #######
- In some cases, the module did not function properly in combination with forms. Problems were reported with the combination of Virtuemart. As a result, the module was split in a module and a plugin. Both need to be installed and published to make the module work.
- The old module redirected the page to a new page with the selected template. The plugin will now set the template, which means there is no need any more for a redirect. As a result the module will work faster.
- Removed another php notice
- Module Class suffix parameter added
- Alternative name added. This allows you to change the name of the templates to whatever you like
